At Glamour Lifestyle, your satisfaction is important, but we want to be clear about our responsibilities regarding returns and refunds.
Our Responsibility
- We are only responsible for items that are damaged during transport.
- Customers must provide a parcel opening video showing the item immediately upon opening the package.
- Photos of broken items after the parcel has been opened later will NOT be considered for return or replacement.
Return / Replacement Process

- Provide your parcel opening video and order details.

If approved by our team, you can either:
- Return the item for a replacement, or

Receive a replacement directly.
Non-Eligible Cases
- Damage occurring after the parcel has been opened and used.
- Items broken due to misuse, mishandling, or accidents at home.
- Change of mind or incorrect choice.
Important Notes
- Returns are only valid if approved by our team.
- Keep the parcel until the product has been checked upon delivery.
- Refunds or replacements are processed only for items verified as transport-damaged.
