At Glamour Lifestyle, your satisfaction is important, but we want to be clear about our responsibilities regarding returns and refunds.

Our Responsibility

  • We are only responsible for items that are damaged during transport.
  • Customers must provide a parcel opening video showing the item immediately upon opening the package.
  • Photos of broken items after the parcel has been opened later will NOT be considered for return or replacement.

Return / Replacement Process

  1. Contact us immediately on 0323-2211788 or via our website’s contact form.
  2. Provide your parcel opening video and order details.
  3. If approved by our team, you can either:
    • Return the item for a replacement, or
    • Receive a replacement directly.

Non-Eligible Cases

  • Damage occurring after the parcel has been opened and used.
  • Items broken due to misuse, mishandling, or accidents at home.
  • Change of mind or incorrect choice.

Important Notes

  • Returns are only valid if approved by our team.
  • Keep the parcel until the product has been checked upon delivery.
  • Refunds or replacements are processed only for items verified as transport-damaged.
